兀静园长任职于西安交通大学幼儿园。她从事幼儿园工作40年，是全国模范教师、陕西省特级教师、国务院政府特殊津贴获得者。她也是陕西省特支计划教学名师，陕西省首批中小学基础教育教学名师，以及教育部领航工程名校长。学术方面，兀静老师是陕西师范大学博士生导师，其多项成果曾获得陕西省基础教育成果特等奖。
Professor Wu Jing is the Director of Xi’an Jiaotong University Kindergarten, with 40 years of experience in early childhood education. She is a National Model Teacher and Special Grade Teacher in Shaanxi Province, and a recipient of the State Council’s Special Government Allowance.
She has been recognised as a Distinguished Educator under the Shaanxi Province Special Support Programme and is among the first cohort of Distinguished Teachers in Basic Education (Primary and Secondary) in Shaanxi Province. She is also a Distinguished Principal under the Ministry of Education’s Pilot Project.
As a doctoral supervisor at Shaanxi Normal University, her research has garnered multiple Special Achievement Awards in Basic Education from Shaanxi Province.
李淑华主任拥有三十余年幼儿教育经验。她毕业于国立台湾师范大学人类发展与家庭学系幼儿教育组，获硕士学位，现任台北市士林区兰雅国民小学附设幼儿园专任主任。
李老师致力于推广开放教育理念，重视幼儿游戏自主学习及创新学习环境规划。她的专业涵盖课程设计和教育团队建设。她同时担任多所师资培训机构的实习辅导教师，并参与业界专业协同教学工作。
作为专业发展顾问，她致力于幼儿园教师的培训指导和教育社群的建设。她为信谊、小鹿、台湾麦克、使徒等知名出版社撰写教案课程、绘本导读和童诗导读等教育材料。
Ms Lily Lee holds a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from the Department of Human Development and Family Studies, National Taiwan Normal University. With over 30 years of experience in early childhood education, she currently serves as Director of the Kindergarten affiliated with Lanya Elementary School in Taipei’s Shilin District.
Her expertise spans open education, play-based learning, learning environment design and curriculum development. She has served as a practicum supervisor at various teacher training institutions and contributed as an industry course instructor.
As a professional development consultant, she is committed to mentoring kindergarten educators and building educational communities. She has also authored educational materials, including lesson plans, curriculum guides and children’s literature for major publishers such as Hsin-Yi, Little Blue, Taiwan Mike, and Apostles.
黄龙翔博士是南洋理工大学国立教育学院高级教育研究科学家、印度尼西亚玛琅国立大学客座教授。他在1998年考取南洋理工大学电脑工程博士学位，博士论文与智能教学系统相关。他从事科技辅助语言学习研究已有20年，所领导研发的” 语飞行云“(MyCLOUD)无缝华文学习系统曾在五所本地小学扩大使用。他目前积极从事人工智能教育应用研究，过去两年来发表过数十场相关国内外演讲，或为中小学教师开办培训工作坊，也先后在《联合早报》和《海峡时报》言论版、《新明日报》的个人专栏和发表过超过十篇有关生成式人工智能及其教育应用的科普文章。他是亚太电脑教育应用学会的前会长(2018-2019年)，也位列全球首2%顶尖学术人员（根据史丹福大学的长期统计研究）。他也是推广华文学习委员会的学前组组员。
Dr Wong Lung Hsiang is a Senior Education Research Scientist at the National Institute of Education, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, and a Visiting Professor at Universitas Negeri Malang, Indonesia. He received his PhD in Computer Engineering from NTU in 1998, with a dissertation focused on intelligent tutoring systems. With over 20 years of research in technology-enhanced language learning, he led the development of the “MyCLOUD” seamless Chinese learning platform, which was scaled up for implementation in five local primary schools.
Currently, Dr Wong is actively engaged in research on AI in education and has delivered numerous talks and teacher workshops on the topic both locally and internationally over the past two years. His popular science articles on generative AI and education have been published in Lianhe Zaobao, The Straits Times (Forum), and through his regular column in Shin Min Daily News. A former President of the Asia-Pacific Society for Computers in Education (APSCE, 2018-2019), Dr Wong is listed among the world's top 2% most-cited scientists (as identified by Stanford University's ongoing study). He also serves as a preschool committee member of the Committee to Promote Chinese Language Learning (CPCLL), Singapore.
周怡彤老师拥有13年学前教育经验，持有双本科学位——音乐教育学士学位及学前华文教育学士学位（荣誉证书）。她擅长从儿童的兴趣入手，巧妙地将游戏、儿歌等趣味元素融入教学，让儿童在不知不觉中学有所得。
她创作的儿歌《影子朋友》荣获2023年“小小拇指”儿歌比赛第二名。她独特的教学风格和创新理念，使她在2024年新加坡学前母语教师评比中脱颖而出，荣获“杰出母语教师奖”。她坚信，“玩”与“学”可以完美结合，让幼儿在快乐中探索、成长。
With 13 years of experience in early childhood education, Ms Zhou Yitong holds dual bachelor’s degrees – a Bachelor of Music Education and a Bachelor of Chinese Language Education (Honours) in Early Childhood Education. She excels in crafting engaging lessons that stem from children’s interests, skilfully weaving games and nursery rhymes into her teaching to facilitate natural learning.
Her original children’s song “Shadow Friends” clinched second place in the 2023 “Thumbs Up Little Junior” Children’s Song Competition. Her distinctive teaching style and innovative approach earned her the 2024 Outstanding Preschool Mother Tongue Language Teacher Award. She believes that “play” can be seamlessly integrated in to “learning”, enabling children to explore and grow in a joyful environment.
刘晶老师毕业于新加坡智源教育学院幼儿保育与教育教学大专课程（华文），于2011年6月16日加入职总优儿学府幼乐园，并任职至今。她曾获得2024年杰出学前母语教师奖-优异奖。
Ms Liu Jing, a graduate of KLC International Institute’s Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education-Teaching (Chinese), joined NTUC First Campus in June 2011 and has been serving there since. Her dedication and teaching excellence were recognised with a Merit Award at the 2024 Outstanding Preschool Mother Tongue Language Teacher Awards.
尹俪颖老师毕业于台湾国立清华大学幼儿教育学系，曾获“杰出学前母语教师奖”（杰出奖）。她拥有多年幼儿华文教学与课程设计经验，擅长运用故事、游戏与创意教具激发孩子学习兴趣，教学风格活泼、富有感染力。尹老师热爱制作有趣的教具，致力于让孩子在轻松愉快的氛围中“乐中学、做中学”。
Ms Woon Poh Leng, a graduate of the Department of Early Childhood Education at National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan, is a recipient of the 2024 Outstanding Preschool Mother Tongue Language Teacher Award (Distinction). With extensive experience in Chinese language teaching and curriculum design for young children, she is known for her engaging, story-based and hands-on teaching approach.
Passionate about creating meaningful teaching materials, she is dedicated to helping children learn through play and exploration in a nurturing environment.
张玲老师是2024年“杰出母语教师奖”得主，拥有超过15年在新加坡私立与政府学前教育领域的教学经验。
她现为裕廊西幼稚园（MOE Kindergarten @ Jurong West）华文教师。张老师向来致力于营造一个温暖、友爱与包容的课堂环境，以鼓励孩子们大胆表达、自信沟通，并用心倾听。
在教学中，张老师善于结合绘本、游戏化学习与创意活动，激发幼儿的好奇心、想象力与表达力。她始终相信，故事的力量与动手体验能有效促进幼儿的全面发展。
Ms Zhang Ling is one of the recipients of the 2024 Outstanding Preschool Mother Tongue Language Teacher Award, with over 15 years of experience in both the private and public preschool sectors in Singapore.
Currently, she serves as a Chinese Language teacher at MOE Kindergarten @ Jurong West, where she strives to create a warm, caring and inclusive environment that encourages children to listen attentively and express themselves confidently.
Her teaching approach integrates picture books, play-based learning and creative activities to nurture children’s curiosity, imagination and communication skills. She strongly believes in the power of stories and hands-on experiences to support young children’s holistic development.
